Oh, how very true indeed! Every weekend I see cars fly by me at 10-15 mph over the posted speed limit with their nationalistic pride waving in your face. But the saddest part is, that along with these “coat of arms” their is either a fish logo or even a Bible bumper sticker letting you know that they are a Christian.
But what does a non-believer think when they see this, a professed believer in God, breaking a state law that God has instructed us to “obey them that have the rule over you” Heb. 13:17; and the testimony of the church fathers when they instruct us in the following writing; “Christians obey the prescribed laws. In fact, they actually surpass the laws by their lives.” Letter to Diognetus (c.125-200) ANCF 1.27
Oh, I forgot, that isn’t for us today. Hey Mike, can you put another Stryper cd in for us brother? Let’s just Rock the Flock till Jesus comes!
